Next, we visit your site or existing home.
This helps us understand the land, its orientation, and any opportunities or constraints. It’s also a chance for you to meet our Director, Christo, and make sure we’re the right fit.
Trust and communication are the foundation of a successful build, and this step sets that tone.
Here, your ideas begin to take shape.
We develop floor plans, layouts, and design directions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and budget. We also align your vision with your budget early, ensuring everything is achievable before moving forward.
This is a collaborative stage where we refine ideas, explore options, and focus on what matters most. By the end, you have a clear and confident direction for your home.
Once the design is finalised, we manage the council or certifier approval process.
We prepare and lodge all required documentation and coordinate with consultants on your behalf. While approvals can be complex, we handle the process and keep you informed along the way.
While your plans are with council, we continue progressing work behind the scenes. This is one of the most important stages of the journey.
We complete detailed costing, forming the basis of your fixed-price contract. Working with the Master Builders Association, we use the BC4 contract to ensure a clear and structured agreement moving forward.

8. The Handover
When your home is complete, we walk through it with you using a detailed handover checklist.
You’ll also receive a care and maintenance package outlining all products used, how to maintain them, and contact details for key subcontractors such as your plumber, painter, and electrician.
We explain how everything works and make sure you feel confident moving into your new home.
But our support doesn’t stop there. We check in after handover at set intervals, provide warranties and guarantees for peace of mind, and give you an aftercare guide covering your home’s key features.
